1. Interview Preparation

Two complementary responsibilities converge on evidence of job-related capability. The candidate provides a relevant situation, task, action and result. The interviewer asks consistent job-related questions and applies common rating standards. The central questions ask what the person did and how it relates to the role.
A structured answer helps the candidate; consistent questions and rating standards help the assessment.
